Pinus mugo mughus : Swiss Mt. Pine, Mugo Pine
From a lower elevation than the Pumilio this tree can get to 8'. The needles are slightly longer. It's faster growing. Usually sheared into tight mound. Mature height 5'-8', very hardy.
