Abies nordmanniana : Nordman Fir (Band Pot, 1/4"+) (Code: 1728-1)

Very long, dark green, glossy needles often lie flat on the stem and have two white lines on bottom side. Layered, true fir styled branches. Tolerates heavy clay, wet (but not consistently soggy) soils and some shade. Most popular of the European true firs for Christmas tree production. Very good needle retention. Closely related to Turkish Fir.

Please order pots in full boxes of 40 for shipment or 36 for pick up at the nursery. A full box weighs approximately 50-52 pounds. Each pot is wrapped in a plastic bag to offer additional protection in case the box is tipped during shipment. A special packing fee of $10 per box applies.
